Far from the reach of civilization, The Bearded Man sat on a clifftop on the Aberdeenshire coastline. Not realizing that he could have just walked there like a normal tourist, he stared down at the rope below him and thought: “Damn, what a climb!” His arms were pretty tired, and filaments of the rope were tangled in his beard so tightly, you could barely tell them apart. Still, it was worth the effort he thought. It was awfully peaceful up there, with the breeze blowing in his hair…
“Man, there’s nothing I’d rather do”, he thought.
He got so lost in the moment that he completely forgot his girlfriend at the time was still climbing the rope below him.
