Ido Morali is an Indie Dance and Electronica music DJ and producer based in Tel Aviv. Morali, one of Tel Aviv’s most esteemed DJs began his career ten years ago as the resident of one of Tel Aviv’s leading underground clubs, the Bootleg. At the age of 22, he continued to hone his craft at Beit Maariv, sharing the booth with some of the world’s finest DJs. Since then, he continues to play important clubs and big stages in Israel and beyond, alongside artists such as Dixon, Âme, Guy Gerber, Whitesquare, Moscoman, Jennifer Cardini and more.
His newest release comes in the shape of melodic techno/electronic EP called “Get Lock”! The EP has two very unique tracks “Get Lock” and “Lamp”. Both of them are showcasing Ido Morali original sound signature, with influences from melodic techno, acid and pure progressive.
Ido Morali draws on his inexorable experience and unbridled creativity as a producer to deliver a strikingly nuanced underground techno cut, replete with complex analogue textures, multifaceted rhythms and a chugging groove that bolsters the opener across its six-minute duration. Penetrating the imagination with his mind-altering tones and exemplary use of juxtaposition and surprise, this is Ido Morali at his very best.
