It has been revealed that Russian producer Arty has decided to file a lawsuit against Marshmello for copyright infringement. The DJ claims that the masked producer’s collaboration with Bastille “Happier” sounds quite a lot like his 2014 remix of One Republic’s “I Lived”. In the suit it is claimed that Marshmello became so aware of the remix due to the fact that the two artists have crossed their paths several times since the rework came out.
