Following a sold-out presale, Insomniac has opened the general on-sale for three distinct lodging options to purchase and participate in the inaugural Camp EDC program at Electric Daisy Carnival (EDC) Las Vegas 2018. North America’s largest dance music festival returns to Las Vegas Motor Speedway from Friday, May 18 to Sunday, May 20, offering attendees brand new experiential activities and amenities to enjoy. For the first time in EDC Las Vegas history, fans can conveniently stay for four nights at Camp EDC, right next to the Speedway.
The campgrounds will feature an array of comfortable accommodations including two tiers of pre-built ShiftPod2 “advanced shelter systems” on cushy artificial grass flooring, as well as a Bring-Your-Own RV plot. Camp EDC will program an immersive lineup of interactive offerings in The Mesa center camp such as a Thursday night kick-off party, an expansive pool with walk-up bars, acrobatic yoga, a barber shop, sound healing, field day games, and 24-hour food, water, and safety services. Camp EDC lodging options are detailed below, with the most affordable layaway plans available through Thursday, November 30.
- Moon Glow Camping ($1,199 per group, includes all taxes and fees): Accommodations for up to four people plus one vehicle pass. Bedding is not included. Layaway deposits start at $153.88.
- Desert Rose Premier Camping ($1,499 per group, includes all taxes and fees): Accommodations for up to two people. Includes one vehicle pass, one deluxe queen bed or two single beds with linens and pillows, premier location closest to the festival entrance, and exclusive access to dedicated Desert Rose Camping showers and A/C restrooms. Layaway deposits start at $189.99.
- Bring-Your-Own RV ($329 per RV, includes all taxes and fees): Accommodations for up to eight people. RV campers will receive a 15-foot x 50-foot parking space, one vehicle pass, access to tent camping bathrooms and showers, and all Mesa amenities. Water and power can be purchased separately. All RVs must have a working air conditioner powered by an on-board generator. Layaway deposits start at $49.48.
Festivalgoers seeking an all-inclusive community experience—and the most efficient way to avoid traffic—can check in at Camp EDC beginning Thursday, May 17, from 3pm–2am and check out on Monday, May 21, by 7pm. All campers will have access to bathrooms, free showers, and all activities and amenities at The Mesa while enjoying full festival in-and-out privileges during show hours. Bikes are encouraged to navigate through the grounds, as tent and RV campsites will be separated.
All tent camping options are fully enclosed, lockable, dust-controlled ShiftPod2 structures with comfortable artificial grass flooring, air conditioning, interior lighting, 4-port USB strips, access to The Mesa amenities, and include one vehicle pass.
