More than 150,000 people were present this past weekend in Boom, Belgium for the 2017 edition of Tomorrowland. While everyone was partying over there, some news started surfacing online about the American iteration of the festival, TomorrowWorld. As you all know, the event was met with some big problems in 2015, that forced its organizers to cancel it for 2016 and 2017.

However, it looks like TomorrowWorld might be making a return in 2018, because according to a local publication in Belgium, De Tijd, Tomorrowland’s team are in talks with US promoter LiveStyle to bring back TomorrowWorld next year. Tomorrowland’s spokesperson Debby Wilmsen made a statement to the aforementioned publication, saying the following:

“The relations between SFX and Tomorrowland were acidified, but now that new people are in control of the current LiveStyle, there is a new approach.”

We have no other news about this, but if you are curious to know more, make sure to stay tuned!
