As some of you might know, during a recent interview from the first edition of Ultra China, Alex Pall from The Chainsmokers made quite an awkward comment. When the interviewer asked him if he would bring his dog along on tour, Pall says that he would, but that his dog is not so well-behaved. He then added that he doesn’t know if he would bring his dog to China and started laughing.
The video, which was shared by the guys has now been deleted, after a huge backlash started on Twitter.
disgusted at the fact that the chainsmokers really had the nerve to make a racist ‘asians eat dogs’ joke in front of an asian interviewer..

After seeing some of the comments, The Chainsmokers posted an apology on Twitter that was accompanied by a link to Stop Yulin Forever, a site that was created to put an end to the Yulin Dog Meat Festival.
