It’s official! Spinnin’ Records, the biggest label in dance music right now, has been acquired by none other than Warner Music Group, for the “mere” price of $100 million. Apparently, there was quite a big battle for the label, seeing as Sony Music and Believe Digital also had their eye set on it, but in the end Warner offered the right amount of money.

Spinnin’ Records was founded back in 1999 by Eelko van Kooten and Roger de Graaf and is now home to many huge dance music artists, such as Tiesto, KSHMR, EDX, Dannic and a lot more. Now, with this acquisition it remains to be seen whether the label will change its style or not. So, if you want to know more, stay tuned!
