While Avicii’s music and legacy have never faltered since his passing, the recent release of a new documentary has seen his songs rise on Spotify. The renewed attention on the late producer has helped one track sour up the charts while another returned to the top 200.

In the modern musical environment, Spotify reigns supreme among streaming platforms, providing insight into data and listener preferences. Although 2025 will mark seven years since Avicii tragically took his life, his music remains a source of inspiration and joy for millions worldwide. Following the Netflix release of the documentary I’m Tim and well as his final Ibiza performance from 2016, Avicii’s music is receiving more spins on Spotify. With the release of the latest Spotify Global Top 200 Daily chart, two of his tracks have seen renewed listening in recent days.

First, on the chart, the global smash Wake Me Up has climbed 44 spots, landing it number 63. Also making its return to the charts, The Nights has earned the 143rd spot on the list.
