Some sources are saying that one of the biggest record labels in the dance music industry, Spinnin’ Records may soon be acquired. According to Music Business Worldwide, there are two major labels who want to purchase Spinnin’ and they are none other than Sony and Warner.

This would be a huge acquisition for the Dutch label, that has been founded back in 1999 by Eelko van Kooten and Roger de Graaf and currently has about 40 sub-labels and features more than 100 major EDM artists. Apparently, the price for Spinnin’ Records is somewhere near the $100 million mark. While there are no comments from either of the labels yet, we’re looking forward to see how things will go down in the end, so stay tuned for further details!
