One of my recent favorite releases is “Say Less” by Dillon Francis, so when I received The Lord’s remix I was very curious to hear what the Atlanta based producer could bring. Well, even though The Lord added some oriental vibes to the original tune and a different main theme on the drop, I feel that this could sound more complex. With more attention to details and more instruments used in an original way, the result could be slightly better. I mean this is the idea of a remix, to let your imagination go wild and test new things, different than the original tune, right? Overall, this remix is not bad, but it could sound even better if our American producer allowed his imagination to pass any genre barriers. Check it out yourself below:
