Will Sparks has never been one to hold back in the studio (or with his speaker-busting live sets for that matter) and his music is a testament to that perseverance and unbridled drive. After dropping various high-impact singles onto Armada Music, the Australian DJ and producer is pushing out with ‘Techno Viking’ to complete his hard-hitting five-track EP on the Amsterdam-, New York- and London-based record label: ‘Nothing More, Nothing Less’.

Comprising nothing but scorching cuts in the form of ‘Not Awake’, ‘Close’ (feat. Colleen D’Agostino), ‘Cumon’, ‘Pills’ (with Short Round) and latest addition ‘Techno Viking’, Will Sparks’ ‘Nothing More, Nothing Less’ EP hits like a fully loaded freight train at maximum velocity. A display of pure power and club-wrecking capabilities, this five-track EP is able to crack dance floors to the point where they look more like mosaic pieces than something sturdy you can spend entire club nights on.

“This body of work started at the beginning of COVID”, Will Sparks says. “I was finally able to have routine and work In the studio daily. It inspired me to think outside the box: to change my sound while sticking to my roots. I’ve always valued authentic, hard-hitting and driving music that lifts you up and gives you a sense of euphoria, so I challenged myself to design sounds and come up with certain techniques that have never been done before. Exploring these sounds was such a release for me. It gave me a purpose and belief that my sound was continuing to evolve.”

Will Sparks’ name has forever shaped the global electronic dance music scene. Having pioneered the Melbourne Bounce genre, the double Platinum producer made countless laps around the globe playing the world’s most reputable stages (e.g. Ultra Music Festival, Creamfields and Tomorrowland), topped charts across the globe and amassed an inconceivable 2.8 million monthly listeners on Spotify before the age of 28. Having garnered well over 600 million streams across the most popular streaming platforms to date amidst high-profile collaborations with the likes of Steve Aoki, W&W, Timmy Trumpet and Bollywood phenomenon Priyanka Chopra plus remixes for The Chainsmokers, Bruno Mars and Major Lazer, the Aussie creator is moving at a pace that’s synonymous with his the-sky-is-the-limit attitude, and the same can be said of the forceful tracks that comprise this phenomenal new EP of his.
