After months of teasing fans with the nostalgia-meets-modern, dancefloor-friendly concept of his “House Party” EP, Valentino Khan has finally dropped the full version for our listening pleasure. The six-track collection features three new tracks alongside previously released singles including the early summer anthem “Pony,” vibey house collaboration ‘”JustYourSoul” with Diplo, and the in-your-face, sassy and sultry “Better” with Wuki.
Valentino also released “Flip the Switch” with Chris Lorenzo just a day before the full EP’s release, unleashing a hard-hitting, bass-heavy opener for “House Party.” Tech house and classic four-on-the-floor house influences are strong throughout all the tracks, but each has their own unique sound – from the bouncy “What’s Your Name” to the driving beat of “BRB,” Valentino has created tunes that are just as good through your headphones as they are from a club sound system.
