A few days ago, Kygo announced that he was planning on releasing a new single. Then, yesterday, the music producer revealed what it was all about, disclosing that he was in fact going to release a production with the late singer, Whitney Houston.
According to the track’s promo, Whitney Houston performed a cover of Steve Winwood’s “Higher Love” during a show she had in Tokyo and then re-recorded the single in 1991, with the hopes of releasing it. However, the track never saw the light of day, but that was all until this very moment.
