NGHTMRE & SLANDER‘s imprint Gud Vibrations welcomes the newest member of the crew, Midnight Tyrannosaurus, with the release of his “Mutation” EP. The three-track project delivers Midnight Tyrannosaurus‘s incredibly unique, heavy-hitting dubstep style from the instant the robotic, mechanical title track begins, starring bone-shaking bass and jarring synths.
“Banana Planet” packs an otherworldly, tribal bass punch, evoking images of a terribly dystopian jungle. Wrapping things up is “Styx,” featuring ominous, minimal production style and disembodied vocal samples.
