Debuting with a bass house beat and eventually ending up as dubstep, “Liberation” is one of the more creative tracks we’ve had the pleasure of reviewing lately. The track features a standard EDM tune structure with two breakdowns and two drops, the breakdowns characterised by atmospheric plucks, pianos and pads, setting the mood for the tune, while the drops are hard and heavy, featuring powerful dubstep inspired sounds. The transitions are great, especially the one after the second breakdown, smoothly changing the rhythm of the track and then dropping into the second dubstep drop.
