An epic trap & dubstep infused track, Ghost builds with eerie string melodies and sharp half-time beats before a manic ragga vocal gets chopped up in hectic style for the powerful build. The drop hits hard with a soaring bassline cutting through the track like a chainsaw, then alternately stuttered into a frenzied slo-mo reggaeton-esque rhythm. The mid-section introduces a darkly-tinged, infectious riff which is soon sucked back into the depths of the track as the huge bass drop hits again. The production is immense, with deft touches of FX trickery making things even more intense.

The track has been thoroughly road-tested in Afrojack’s shows this summer, with insane reactions to the track at Ultra Music Festival in Miami. Ever since Afrojack played the track at Ultra, it immediately created a fuss all around social media. Fans all over the world soon found out that the ID was a track of D-wayne and they could not wait to hear the track again. This resulted into many requests to play the song at the world’s biggest festivals, including EDC Las Vegas, Balaton Sound in Hungary and ElectroBeach in France.

Dutch producer D-wayne has previously released on DIM MAK and Spinnin’ Records as well as WALL Recordings. He collaborated with Afrojack on Freedom, which was included on his album Forget The World and has produced remixes for i.e. Jennifer Lopez, Enrique Iglesias, Tiësto and many others.
