It was back in March when Spotify revealed that it has reached a huge milestone, seeing as they officially passed the 50 million mark of paid subscribers. Well, only 5 months after that announcement, the company has now unveiled that they gathered 10 million more, now having about 60 million paying users. This is the fastest increase the service has ever seen in paid subscribers and will definitely come in hand, because apparently Spotify is getting ready to launch a direct listing on the New York Stock Exchange later on this year.
